The Legendary Edition will cost USD$59.99, and will release in North America June 4th. Australia and European territories will have to wait until the 7th of June. Local pricing has not be announced.
Extra features available in the Skyrim Legendary Edition include combat cameras, mounted combat, Legendary difficulty mode for hardcore players, and Legendary skills – enabling you to master every perk and level up your skills infinitely.
The soundtracks for Skyrim, Oblivion and other Bethesda games are also now available on iTunes.
“Skyrim has been a labor of love for us since we started designing it in 2006,” read a post on Bethesda’s blog.
“We never imagined it would become the phenomenon it has. And that is because of you, the fans.
“It was all of you who made it a success. We can’t thank you enough for embracing the game, spreading the word, and making it your own.
Bethesda Game Studios have previously announced that it had finished with Skyrim downloadable content. They will continue to make minor updates to the game as required.
