Global retailer, Amazon, has listed remastered version of the 2012 Darksiders II game the ‘Deathinitive Edition’ to make its debut on October 27th.
A remastered version of the 2012 action-adventure game for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, has not been officially announced by publisher Nordic Games. However, major United States retailers agree that the title will launch on October 27.
The title is undergoing profuse development by the newly erected Gunfire Games, in which a slew of prior Vigil Games employees are offering aid pertaining to the remastered title, which promises to upgrade the game into 1080p and 60fps.
“This isn’t a simple port,” the Gunfire said on their website. “We’ve put a lot of time to improve both the visuals and gameplay to make it on par with current releases. It’s been fun adding more polish to a game that is near and dear to our hearts.”
For those who don’t know, Darksiders 2 saw gamers traverse the demon inundated remnants of Earth, in which players were imbued with the omnipotent powers of Death, in order to thwart the vile demon hordes, and abolish their imposing masters.
