Insomniac Games have added some enticing new information to their official site that reveals the games new DLC pack for Sunset Overdrive is named Mooil Rig. As the name suggests the DLC takes place on an offshore rig that is infested by the ravenous mutants which are the water alternative to the OD.
Considering the game takes place in the middle of the ocean, traversal of the map will be a difficult thing to do so Insomniac have added a few new attacks that revolve around water traversal.
The Sunset Overdrive DLC also comes packed with a new weapon called The Rivet Gun which will be available in the full game and in the multiplayer mode once you have purchased the DLC. The DLC will be available December 23 and will be included in the season pass but no other information on the games pricing.
